Date: Wednesday, October 28, 2026 | 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM EST

Location: The Elk Room, 1010 Fleet St, Baltimore, MD 21202

Capacity: 35 members

The Elk Room doesn't announce itself. Hidden behind an unassuming Italian eatery in Baltimore's Harbor East, it's the kind of place you only find if someone already knows the way in - which is exactly why we're here. Serendipity has always gathered in the rooms no one else knows to look for, and tonight is no different.

Victorian décor, low light, and a cocktail program built by some of the city's most acclaimed mixologists set the tone. It's unhurried, a little indulgent, and entirely built for the kind of conversation that doesn't happen anywhere else.

✨ What’s pouring

• Heavy hors d'oeuvres

Date: Tuesday, December 1, 2026 | 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM MST

Location: The Mystery Room in the Arizona Biltmore, 2400 E Missouri Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85016, United States

Capacity: 30 members

Hidden behind an unmarked doorway on the second floor of the Arizona Biltmore, the Mystery Room was a favorite hideaway of the powerful and famous during Prohibition - legend has it Clark Gable and Carole Lombard requested the same guest room on every visit simply because it sat closest to the secret door.

Disguised as the hotel's "Men's Smoking Room" to keep it hidden in plain sight, the space still carries its 1929 design: a restored gold-leaf ceiling, historic photos, and an ornate fireplace.

Legend also holds that the room was built with hidden getaway doors, and a rooftop lookout would flash a warning light if police were spotted approaching - giving guests time to slip out before getting caught. Normally reserved for private events or the occasional history tour; for one night, it's ours.

✨ What’s pouring

A seated dinner follows, beginning with a chilled seafood display of half lobster tails, colossal shrimp, and West Coast oysters, followed by carving stations featuring peppercorn-crusted beef tenderloin, cowboy-crusted ribeye, and honey-glazed salmon, each with its own accompaniments.

At the bar, the evening stays firmly in the Prohibition era, with a hand-selected wine list and a cocktail menu curated especially for the evening - French 75s, Sidecars, Hemingway Daiquiris, Bee’s Knees, and the Biltmore’s own 1935 Martini. The carving stations, cocktails, and wine will continue throughout the evening - all included in your ticket.

🛎 Make a Night of It

Partners and their guests are welcome to take advantage of our exclusive group rate at the Arizona Biltmore.

The Arizona Biltmore has welcomed guests since 1929 - and it is one of the most extraordinary art deco landmarks in America. Designed by Albert Chase McArthur with Frank Lloyd Wright as consulting architect, the hotel is built entirely of concrete "Biltmore blocks" cast in 34 different geometric patterns inspired by the trunk of a palm tree. Clark Gable, Marilyn Monroe, Frank Sinatra, and Sammy Davis Jr. all called it home. The Tequila Sunrise was invented at its bar.

Our exclusive rate - $319/night, a fraction of what a Biltmore stay typically runs this time of year.

Reservations must be made by November 1st to take advantage of our exclusive rate.

The rate is also available for up to three nights before and after the event, based on availability.

PRIVATE DINNERS

Smaller, ticketed, more exclusive evenings - often paired with a flagship gathering, sometimes standalone - built around a distinctive venue or experience rather than a large guest list. Capacity is intentionally limited to roughly 20-30 members, and seats go quickly.

Date: Wednesday, December 2, 2026 | 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM MST

Location: Platform 18 at Century Grand, 3626 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85018, United States

Capacity: 45 members

All aboard!

This December, Serendipity boards a 1924 Presidential Pullman-inspired train car for a journey through the snow-capped Colorado Rockies - and we mean that more literally than you might expect. Platform 18 is hidden inside the Century Grand in Phoenix, but once the doors close, the outside world disappears. The windows come alive with six hours of real footage filmed aboard the Durango & Silverton - one of the last open-air train cars in North America - rolling from Durango to Silverton in the tail end of a great snowstorm, floor humming, whistle sounding somewhere ahead. For the next four hours, it is 1924, and you are somewhere in the mountains.

Here's the story built into the room: somewhere on this train, a bootlegger is moving contraband across the Rockies during Prohibition - it's the whole reason for the snowbound pass outside the window and the hum in the floor. It's a train with a purpose, not just a backdrop.

But the cocktails in your hand are telling a different story: ours. We've crafted a custom menu of prohibition-era drinks that trace the Serendipity story instead - every drink a character, every glass a scene. It's the kind of narrative that feels made for Serendipity - a little mysterious, a little glamorous, and entirely immersive.

Platform 18 is intimate by design - just 45 passengers - with warm wood interiors, green velvet curtains, golden light, and a drinks program so extraordinary it has been named one of the 50 Best Bars in North America twice over and won Best U.S. Cocktail Bar in 2023. Tonight, every seat is ours.

Outside the windows, the Rockies in winter. Inside, prohibition-era jazz, the right people, and a very good drink in hand.

✨ What’s pouring

• The full Platform 18 cocktail menu, featuring craft cocktails as carefully composed as the Rocky Mountain landscape rolling past your window, each one rooted in a story

• Classic cocktails, beer, and wine

• Champagne

• Custom Serendipity Cocktail Menu

• Heavy hors d'oeuvres - including warm tapas, lobster, and Caviar Service. View the full menu here.

• Every guest receives a custom Platform 18 train ticket - a 1924 Pullman-style keepsake to commemorate the journey
